Create a Self-helping Career
There is
an old saying in China, "relationship is productivity".
Relationship possesses a critical position in the market competition
dictionary in China, and social intercourse, gifts, entertainment
and brokerage have become the most fundamental and important public
relationship means in the business society. Relationship is a requisite
for enterprises to survive in the market, which is an established
game rule in the business society, so who will conduct his business
in the breach of the business rule and make a hard life? As a result,

Once
our enterprise also followed the business rule and cultivated some
top public relationship masters. Although we have made some fortune
in I.T. career in the past over twenty years, we do not find some
meaningful things for us to be proud of at the bottom of our hearts.
We only feel tired in both mind and body and can show nothing respectable
to others because the operations of the enterprise are based on
relationship, but not products. What will the enterprise keep if
the day comes when it loses the relationship network which it has
cracked its brains to build and the public relationship masters
who build the relationship network. How can we incarnate the real
value of the enterprise?
To
break the game rule, an enterprise shall have an orientation of
high standards and create splendid products which outweigh competitive
products and can meet customers' present and future demands, and
the products' value will not disappear due to human, time and space.
As the old saying goes, "a gentleman who lacks gravity does
not inspire awe", enterprise should develop by itself and respect
itself and improve itself to accommodate the constantly changing
market, which is in accord with the core thought of "Great
learning", one of the Four Books of the Chinese traditional
culture, "What the Great Learning teaches, is-to illustrate
illustrious virtue; to renovate the people; and to rest in the highest
excellence".
It
is with the career orientation that we win the market without resorting
to relationships. The customers go through the progress from doubts
to understanding and recognition of our products, and finally enjoy
the value, satisfaction and joys from using our products, which
makes us joy and gratified from the bottom of our hearts. It is
time when we find we fail to express our happiness in any language.
It is very wonderful to make transactions without the help of relationships,
which is an unprecedented business situation.
